Benefits Of Taking Herbal Coffee

January 29, 2020 By temadmin

Herbal coffee has been around for years, and no doubt is a widely sought product. It has been highly used in the Middle East as a coffee substitute, and in North America as a substitute for regular coffee.

The health benefits of coffee are extensive. It has shown great promise in treating the effects of diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, obesity, and may possibly treat cancer. Not only that, but coffee is also very good for you and your body in many other ways.

One of the most obvious and well-known benefits of drinking herbal coffee is its herb’s caffeine content.

There is research linking the combination of coffee and herbs to increased circulation throughout the body.

Drinking herbal coffee can also boost immune function and raise your energy level. It is believed that this helps reduce your risk of colon cancer.

Coffee also contains the phytochemicals lignans, and this is another reason for its health benefits. These phytochemicals are known to aid in the reduction of weight gain and increased resistance to heart disease and cancer.

Also included in herbal coffee is fat soluble vitamins, including vitamin E, C, A, and B6.

They also contain magnesium, which can help you lose weight. Studies have also shown a correlation between the consumption of herbal coffee and the strength of your immune system.

Another benefit of herbal coffee is that it is completely free of caffeine. For those who drink coffee regularly, it may be worth it to drink an herbal blend instead. Unlike coffee, these blends do not contain any caffeine.

Herbal blends are available all over the world. If you live in the US, you can find great local suppliers of these blends at your grocery store. You can find some very good herbal blends at your local health food store or drug store.

Herbs are readily available and can be easily purchased from any health food store. Once you have discovered the delicious flavors and wonderful effects they have on the body, you will wonder why you ever tried regular coffee. They are so incredibly healthy and so easy to find.

Many have grown very familiar with the health and well being of these beautiful plants, and now they have decided to try them out for themselves. There are a variety of ways to brew your blends, but it is recommended that you use the hot water method with some aromatic herbs.

As with any type of teas, fresh herbs should always be used for their full potency and potential. This allows you to enjoy your blends even more, while still giving you the benefit of the herbs’ herbal properties.

Herbal coffee is easy to make and easy to buy. Just remember that you don’t need to take any prescription medications, if you drink these herbal blends.

TURN YOUR OLD FISH TANK INTO AN INDOOR HERB GARDEN

August 11, 2019 By temadmin

Summers are almost over, which means that rain and thunderstorms are not so far. YAY! The sad news is, it also means that there is neither the chilling time nor gardening time on the balcony anymore. But if you have a small fish tank at your home, which can be easily moved, your sadness can be turned into happiness!

If you have a fish tank which is no longer in use, I have an idea! Yes, you have to use the same tank in which you once used to keep fish and other marine organisms, maybe goldfish. But now you will be using it for a completely different purpose. Talking about goldfish, I am curious to know if you have ever wondered how do goldfish lay eggs? (Check out fishxperts.com to know more.) Do they follow the same natural process or is there some difference?

Now you can turn that old fish tank, which is of no good use, into an indoor herb garden! All you have to do is follow the simple steps, that I will tell later. It is a very easy process that will take you just about an hour or two to finish. Trust me, the results will be great. You will love what you have by the end.

Material Required:

  1. An old fish tank, of any size.
  2. Some clay pebbles, enough to cover the bottom of the tank.
  3. Some organic potting soil, enough to cover 1/3 to 1/2 of the tank.
  4. Your favorite herb seeds like basil, rocket, parsley or any other easy-to-grow herb seeds.
  5. Pair of garden gloves.
  6. Garden tool set.
  7. Water

Follow these simple steps to setup your own indoor herb garden:

  1. First step is to wash the fish tank thoroughly, using a natural dish soap.
  2. Nor air dry the tank until it is completely dry.
  3. Cover the bottom of tank with marbles, for proper drainage.
  4. Now put 90% of potting soil into the fish tank.
  5. Next step is to moisten the soil lightly, but thoroughly, using some water.
  6. Now spread the herb seeds all over the potting soil.
  7. Next step is to cover the seeds with the rest 10% of the potting soil.
  8. Place the fish tank (now herb tank) at a place where it receives proper sunlight.
  9. Last step is to water the seeds. Keep in mind not to overfeed the herb seeds with water.

Always make sure that your herbs are free from bugs and other insects. In case you spot any, you can kill them using a homemade natural spray, that contains one part water and one part dish soap. It will help you get rid of bugs and keep your herb garden organic at the same time.

Now that you have finished all the above-mentioned steps, it is time for you to relax. You will soon notice that the seeds have started growing and are finally ready to be harvested. I am sure you feel glad to see that you will have enough herbs or perhaps other vegetables as well, for the whole year long. All the best!
